as quickly as our VIP registrations have grown for the apartment rentals at 800 Main Street, so too has the interest grown from local retailers looking into making a move into the newest and best location on Main Street, Belmar. we have recieved several letters of intent from local retailers and are now in the process of completing their lease agreements. Seacoast Commons has (8) Main Street retail locations, ranging from 1000 sf to 1500 sf. these spaces can be combined to accomodate a larger use. additionally, there is (1) office space located along the 8th avenue frontage (approximately 950 sf). upon execution of these lease agreements we will be posting additional info on our tenancy. but for now, it’s clear that 800 Main Street is the newest address for success along Belmar’s Main Street. we are extremely gratified that we can be so instrumental in the redevelopment of this vibrant downtown. more projects are on the horizon, so stay posted.
as winter quickly transitions into spring, so too does the progress at Seacoast Commons. the mild winter has really accelerated our construction progress and we are now springing into the latter stages of construction at this new project. our VIP signs were setup in advance of the annual St Patrick’s Day parade and we’ve recieved a huge response from interested parties. all VIP’s automatically get registered thru a simple email contact to us, via “firstname.lastname@example.org” and recieve our VIP info packet. additionally, all registered VIP’s will be invited to attend our VIP open House later this april. keep watching as we rapidly progress into our leasing phase. occupancy is scheduled for september 1st.

After 3 years of occupancy at our new office space in Belmar, we are saying good-bye to Jason Jani of SCE Event Group and his crew. SCE has outgrown these digs and need a larger space to support their growing business.
These “like new” office suites become available as of February 1, 2012.
